JetASAP founder Lisa Sayer knew that there had to be a better way to directly charter private aircraft, and as a 20 year industry veteran, she was just the person to figure it out. The solution? JetASAP, a completely free service that matches flyers with qualified operators in real time, allowing flyers to book directly with no middleman fees or commissions. With no technical background, Sayer decided to engage 3Nineteen to help bring her idea to life in the form of a service that includes native iOS and Android apps, a custom web-based interface for charter operators and a company administrative interface, as well as a custom chat system that allows on demand communication.

Beyond designing each piece and managing development, 3Ninteen was also engaged to establish the communication and client services systems that drive the company, as well as to provide marketing services in support of the company’s launch.

In the world of aircraft sales, The Jet Business and its founder, Steve Varsano, stand apart. As founder of the world’s first and only aircraft retail sales store, Varsano has created an immersive experience that allows buyers from around the world to experience the feel of private air travel within his London storefront, as well as digitally breeze through the jet market in search of the perfect aircraft.

At the outset, Varsano had a clear vision of the sales process and client experience he wanted to provide, and he turned to 3Nineteen to help realize that vision through development of a prototype system that would go on to form the basis of his unique service experience. With sales of hundreds of millions of dollars each year and growing, it’s clear that his vision was right on the mark.

When air charter startup Apogee Air Group decided to open its doors, they decided that the best path forward was by purchasing an existing company that would help jumpstart operations.

Given the complexity and potential pitfalls associated with such businesses, however, Apogee chose to engage 3Nineteen to identify and successfully negotiate the purchase of an operation meeting their specific requirements that would avoid such issues.

Recognized as some of the most trusted and experienced aircraft appraisers in the industry, the principals of Aeronautical Systems wanted to find a way to streamline the appraisal process and develop a more accurate means of predicting future aircraft residual values.

Given the high stakes of getting it right, they decided to partner with 3Nineteen to analyze and help automate a proprietary process thirty years in the making that would increase efficiency without sacrificing quality, as well as develop machine learning-based algorithms that could more accurately predict residual values for their clients.

As an innovator in the charter by the seat market, Jet Smarter built a following providing airline style service on private jets for it members.

From the early days until their eventual purchase by industry heavyweight Vista Jet, 3Nineteen was a consistent presence in the background helping company management to navigate the unchartered waters of their newly created market through advice and direct support when needed.

In 2002 company owner Fabio Alexander had just purchased Executive Air Services, a Miami based aircraft charter and management company. Alexander had a wild idea to promote his new business at the 2003 Ford Championship at Doral PGA event. He had seen cars placed on golf courses and endeavored to do the same with an actual jet, but how? For that he brought in 3Nineteen to help figure out the myriad of details necessary to pull off such a venture. In March 2003, history was made when a Cessna Citation Jet found its way to the 15th hole and $300,000 of flight time was offered to the first player to hit a hole in one on the par 1 hole. Though nobody quite made it, Executive Air Services ended up the winner with invaluable national coverage that helped make the company an established industry player, including Emmy award winning coverage by a local newscaster.
